Return Policy

Returns 

We accept returns 30 days for full refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must have tags on it and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with receipt. 

All parts purchased from Brwne can be returned subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Items must have all original packaging and tags
• Returns should be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Shipping 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We exchange items if you need a different size or if the item is defected.
