Shipping

Once your piece has completed production, it will be carefully prepared for shipment from our studio. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Timelines

Shipping times vary based on destination and selected shipping method. Please note that shipping time is separate from production time.

  • Domestic Orders: Typically arrive within 3-7 business days after dispatch
  • International orders: Typically arrive within 7-14 Business days after dispatch

International Shipping & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer. Brwne is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, or errors placed in shipping details. 

Returns & Exchanges

As all pieces are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to review sizing carefully and reach out with any questions prior to placing your order, we’re happy to help. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Made-to-order pieces
  • Custom-sized garments
  • Altered or personalized items
  • Rush or priority orders

This policy allows us to maintain the integrity of our craftsmanship and production process.

Fit & Sizing Support

We understand the importance of fit. If you have any questions about sizing, measurements, or customization, we strongly encourage you to contact us before placing your order. Our team is happy to guide you through sizing recommendations to ensure the best possible outcome.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect piece, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@brwne.shop including Order number and Photos of the issue.
